Regardless, I hope that this year will be challenging, full of adventures and learning. 2011 has brought me lots of learning experiences of all sorts. I started to be more serious about photography, became a board member of TAO, studied abroad in China and Hong Kong, traveled all over Taipei, directed my first video (Which I am really proud of), met some amazing people... and those are just the highlights.
Resolutions:
1. Lose 10 lbs!
2. Cut down on sugar consumption. Sigh I love milk tea too much for my own good...
3. Get a job, preferably at a restaurant.
4. Finish my major by end of Fall '12 so I can graduate early. That means no slacking off at all for the next 3 quarters!
5. Find an internship in Taiwan
6. Find time to exercise more, at least half an hour each day
7. Start dancing again. Whether it be learning KPOP dances or whatever, at least I should start dancing again. I miss it.
8. Start courses for my TEFL certificate by the end of the year
9. Make Lantern Festival the best darn show & event anyone at UCI has ever been to.
10. Get out of my comfort zone in photography. Shoot in angles, play with settings/objects/lighting&shadows that I haven't been comfortable shooting in before.
11. Travel to someplace I haven't been to before. Korea maybe? We'll see.
12. Update this blog more. Even if other people don't read this blog, I should at least document some of the more interesting events/thoughts throughout the year, just for myself.
13. Cook more, try out new recipes. I haven't gotten to cook as much as I would've liked to this past quarter.
14. Improve driving skills.
15. Study more Korean so that I know basic conversational material.
Whew, that's a long list. Hopefully by next year, I will have accomplished everything on this list.
When I said that I fail to maintain I blog, I guess I really wasn't kidding myself considering my last entry was back in July. *facepalm* So much for blogging my adventures while studying abroad... haha. Well in China blogspot is blocked... so... 0:]
And with that, I hope that 2012 will be a successful year - academically, personally, and socially. Please treat me well!
